I have been a lawyer for quite a few years. And I felt satisfied with what I was doing. But the satisfaction with the activity was always incomplete as if some detail was missing. Then, a few years ago, I had the opportunity to try creating a process organization and later to meet the challenges of implementing a LEAN culture. By nature, I am an artistic soul, so this field of operational excellence and improvement allowed me to use everything from what I am – a lawyer’s logical, structural thinking, natural creativity, and the ability to find a connection with people and influence them.
Why was IDEA FOXUS born? Because a natural desire has come to share one’s knowledge. And enjoy the results. My biggest passion is to see the value, positive changes, and organizations that control their business much more efficiently and waste less. Every organization and every business deserves to be as good as possible. And sometimes, it takes so little.
