MENTORSHIP FOR BEGINNERS
Since social sustainability is one of the core values of IDEA FOXUS, we are happy to share our time, knowledge, experience, and energy so that as many young businesses as possible take the very first steps with consciousness, sustainability, responsibility, and efficiency.
In cooperation with “Verslo mentorių tinklas” we are volunteering in the mentorship project developed by the Innovation Agency, where experienced specialists in various areas volunteer by sharing their knowledge and experience with businesses seeking to grow and improve.
IDEA FOXUS advises beginners on the following issues:
- Business processes standardization and management
- Strategic project management
- Leadership development, top and middle managers training
- Quality management systems (ISO) deployment
- LEAN tools and LEAN culture implementation
- Visual and cultural identity
Mentorship for beginners – for FREE up to 1 hour/month (4 times in total)
